Independent travel assistance
Sources and editorial policy
Practical guidance should be traceable. These are the primary airline sources behind our travel topics.
Not Lufthansa customer service. Agency fees may apply; request a quote before approving work.
How we use sources
Airline rules are linked to the airline’s own published guidance. This website adds original checklists and questions to help you prepare, but it does not replace the conditions attached to your ticket.
Sources were reviewed on October 3, 2026. We distinguish voluntary changes from disruption, an airline from an agency, and an advice request from a completed ticket action. Dates reflect actual editorial work, not an automatic daily refresh.
What we do not claim
We do not publish invented testimonials, ratings, agency accreditations, guaranteed waiting times, live fare quotes, or guaranteed refunds. A general guide cannot determine every traveler’s eligibility.
